Recovery Navigator - Substance Use Care & Coordination
St. Luke's University Health Network
A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Recovery Specialist in Bucks County, PA to support individuals with substance use disorders. This role requires engaging with patients in emergency settings, coordinating care, and providing peer support. The ideal candidate should have relevant certifications and experience in substance use counseling. The position involves travel between sites, participation in after-care planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
