Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead vertical building design projects, drive strategic growth initiatives, and serve as a key client‑facing leader within a high‑performing architectural team. This role will oversee project delivery, client relationships, team leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning while helping deliver innovative and impactful building solutions. Pay: $100.00–$110.00 per hour DOE. Must Haves Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Minimum 15+ years of experience in vertical buildings programs Minimum 7+ years of management experience with direct client interaction and full project responsibility Registered Architect License required NCARB Certificate required Proven experience leading teams and managing complex architectural projects Strong business development, networking, and client relationship skills Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership abilities Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation Valid driver’s license and ability to drive personal/rental vehicles (MVR check required) Must be a U.S. Citizen (no visa sponsorship) Ability to work onsite 2 days/week at one of the listed office locations OR remote if located 50+ miles from nearest office Nice to Have Master’s Degree in Architecture Experience contributing to strategic growth planning Strong background leading multidisciplinary project teams What You’ll Do Serve as primary client contact for assigned building design projects Lead project teams and oversee successful project delivery Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation Lead presentations, stakeholder communication, and client meetings Coordinate internal and external project resources to maintain quality and delivery expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA Enterprises
