Travel RN – High Risk OB (Labor & Delivery)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 weekend shifts per schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on a 25-bed High Risk OB unit with variable patient ratios (1:1 through 6:1)
• Circulate c-sections and assist with vaginal deliveries and bereavement care
• Manage and monitor patients on magnesium drips and other high-risk antepartum therapies
• Provide gynecological nursing care as needed within the unit scope
• Document patient care using Connect and Expanse electronic documentation systems
• Float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor & Delivery units per facility floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery or High Risk OB nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
• Experience with c-section circulation and magnesium drip administration
• Ability to work 3 weekend shifts per scheduling period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High risk antepartum nursing experience
• Gynecological nursing experience
• Familiarity with Connect and/or Expanse documentation platforms
