Cabinet Makers & Installers Closet Factory Waukesha, WI – Join our family‑owned business that has been serving the global custom storage solution market for over 22 years. We design, sell, and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, and more. As a Cabinet Maker & Installer, you will create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You will be cross‑trained in shop work and field installations, contributing to customer satisfaction and team success. Responsibilities Plan, create and install custom storage solutions. Work directly with clients to understand needs and deliver satisfying results. Handle shop work and installation tasks with a positive attitude, ensuring client satisfaction. Attend scheduled full‑time shifts, including Saturdays when required. Benefits Full‑time, permanent positions year‑round. Competitive compensation. Knowledge of, or experience with, the 32mm system. Strong communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and develop skills in both shop work and installation.
