Summary


This position provides assistance to students, parents, staff, and faculty by collecting and processing confidential registration and financial aid records. Position reports to the Associate Director of Financial Aid.


Responsibilities


Main responsibilities include assisting with student registration, collection and posting of payments, cash drawer, assisting with financial aid and payment arrangements, transcript requests, and enrollment and degree verifications. Assist the business office with student questions regarding statements, charges, credits, balances, and posting payments to accounts. Responsible for student ID/board system, producing ID's for new students. Maintain office supplies.


Qualifications


The qualified candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service and cashiering experience, including reconciling a cash drawer. Ability to work in an inclusive environment. Must be able to work independently. Technical knowledge to include data entry and word processing. Orientation to detail and strong communication skills. Financial Aid experience is a plus.
