Pay Rate: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a growing team in West Bend, WI. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and material handling tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete inventory movements and related documentation.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or move throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Pay Details: $21.50 to $22.50 per hour
