We are looking for full-time and part-time receptionists with great communication skills and are efficient at completing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• greeting clients

• answering phones

• client education

• computer invoicing

• sending reminders

• office inventory

• scheduling appointments

• preparing prescription refills

• processing payment including care credit

• 2 years veterinary work experience is preferred.

Qualified candidates should be able to maintain professionalism whenever possible and share compassionate interest in the welfare of patients brought to us for medical care.
