- 5+ years of experience in automation, product mgmt., technology, engineering, or related roles
- Experience working on automation initiatives, including workflow automation, RPA, or AI-enabled solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI / GenAI tools or techniques, including prompt engineering, workflow integration, or agent-based solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes and identify automation opportunities
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with engineering teams on implementation
- Familiarity with financial transaction processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, invoicing, reconciliation) or similar high-volume operational workflows
- Ability to work with data to support automation logic, validation, and performance tracking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Ability to work in-person and collaborate across teams and time zones as needed
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
