Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Continuing education reimbursement up to $250 per year for qualified hygienists after one year of employment. Company‑provided certification training (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.). Company reimburses eligible training/testing expenses. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
