About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring financial strength, and advancing the institution's mission of community impact. This role requires a leader with a minimum of 15 years' executive experience, a strong background in community development finance, and a proven track record in capital formation and institutional sustainability. The successful candidate will be a visible and influential leader, capable of strengthening strategic relationships, expanding partnerships, and leading the organization through a significant leadership transition. The CEO will also be tasked with maintaining the organization's financial health, overseeing its lending and investment activities, and serving as the primary ambassador with various stakeholders. Essential skills include executive leadership, organizational accountability, and a deep understanding of the public policy and regulatory factors influencing community development finance.
