RN-Charge Nurse (Weekend Warrior Shift)

We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, promote health education, and support patients' physical and emotional well-being in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans, administer medications, and ensure the highest standards of care are met. Paid time off and holiday pay after 90 Days $5.00 Shift Differential per hour worked from the 6pm starting Friday ending Monday at 7a Duties and Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and progress towards recovery while documenting all findings accurately. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and maintain patient care plans. Prepare and assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring a safe and sterile environment. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Advocate for patient needs, concerns, and rights, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times. Compensation and Schedule: Pay: $40/HR Part-Time/ Full-Time Shifts Day Shift (7a-7p) (Rotating Weekends) Location: Cleveland, Ohio Skills and Qualifications: Current RN licensure in Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
