Scheduling, Staffing & Recruitment Manager Company: Reliance Home Health Caregivers Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) Location: Remote – supporting U.S. operations Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am – 5pm (U.S. Central Time) Weekend on-call availability required when needed. Position Overview Reliance Home Health Caregivers is seeking a highly organized and experienced Scheduling, Staffing & Recruitment Manager to oversee workforce coordination and talent acquisition for our healthcare staffing operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all client care cases are properly staffed by recruiting, scheduling, and maintaining a reliable pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
