We are currently recruiting for a client in Northwest Oklahoma City seeking an experienced Part-Time Accounts Payable / Medical Clerk to support their busy medical office. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a blend of medical administrative and accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinic environment.


Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with medical office administrative duties as needed
• Verify patient insurance information and assist with related documentation
• Support daily clinic operations through data entry, filing, and account maintenance
• Utilize SoftRewards and other systems specific to the role
• Communicate professionally with vendors, patients, and office staff
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and patient-related information

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Payable and/or medical office experience required
• Foundational understanding of how a medical clinic operates
• Experience verifying insurance and handling patient administrative processes preferred
• Experience with SoftRewards or similar medical/accounting software strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
