We are seeking a skilled Handyman to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for small residential and commercial properties. This independent role involves complete project management and frequent travel to various job sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship across a range of repair and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Carry out carpentry work on residential and commercial properties
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete painting and finishing work as needed
- Manage projects from start to finish, assisting on additional projects as required
- Travel frequently to multiple work sites
- Diagnose and solve maintenance and repair problems efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in home repair and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in tool operation
