Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week



Work Setting: CVICU / Critical Care | 10-Bed ICU

PAY BREAKDOWN

• Weekly Gross: $2,000 To $2,261 /Week

• Blended Hourly Rate: $ 62/Hour

• Weekly Taxable Pay: $900

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) License Required

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program Required

• Minimum 2 Years of Nursing Experience Required

• Recent Critical Care / CVICU Experience Required

• Recent Open-Heart Recovery Experience Required

• Must Be Able to Independently Care for Immediate Postoperative Open-Heart Patients

• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required

• Current ACLS Certification Required

• Current PALS Certification Required

• Strong Experience With High-Acuity Cardiovascular, Medical, and Surgical Patients

Additional Requirements

• 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

• Experience With PCI, Pacemaker, Revascularization, Thoracotomy, and Postoperative Cardiac Care

• Experience Managing A-Lines, Central and Invasive Lines, Chest Tubes, Multiple IV Infusions, and Telemetry

• Experience With Invasive and Noninvasive Ventilatory Support

• Ability to Recognize and Respond to Rapid Changes in Patient Condition

• Strong Critical-Care Assessment, Documentation, and Interdisciplinary Communication Skills

• May Assist With Staff Precepting and Serve as a Clinical Resource as Needed
