Work Environment\nIn your role, you will work remotely within a dynamic outpatient office model. While you have the flexibility to manage your schedule, regular office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of clients and determine the most effective treatment options. \n
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans catering to the unique needs of each patient, integrating evidence-based practices. \n
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to facilitate impactful therapeutic interventions. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for emotional expression and personal growth. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care. \n
- Assist patients experiencing crises and provide support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating effective crisis intervention skills. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and relevant community resources. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights. \n
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve your clinical skills. \n
Your expertise will primarily serve clients experiencing various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, mood disorders, personality issues, and trauma-related symptoms. The clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that addresses both the psychological and emotional needs of our patients, fostering resilience and recovery while promoting overall well-being.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California. \n
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and trauma-informed care principles. \n
- Proven abilities in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans. \n
- Experience delivering individual and group therapy with a variety of therapeutic approaches. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the building of rapport and meaningful therapist-client relationships. \n
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient patient management and record-keeping. \n

- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally working in a mental health setting. \n
- Demonstrated success in crisis intervention and high-pressure situations. \n
- A strong background in evidence-based treatment methods and a commitment to continuing education. \n
