Work alongside an experienced OB/GYN team caring for predominantly low-risk obstetric patients while performing a broad scope of obstetric and gynecologic procedures. This assignment is ideal for physicians seeking meaningful clinical experience, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative practice environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal and Cesarean deliveries.
• Perform gynecologic surgical procedures and emergency OB/GYN care.
• Participate in weekday, night, and weekend call coverage.
• Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician.
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency.
• Active New Mexico medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Epic EMR experience.
• Must provide case logs demonstrating:
  • At least 50 vaginal deliveries in the past 12 months.
  • At least 20 Cesarean sections in the past 12 months.
  • At least 25 gynecologic surgical procedures , including 5 major abdominal cases , within the past 12 months.
• Must complete required immunization and pre-employment drug screening.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday clinic: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On call while covering clinic
• Night call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend call: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
• Ongoing locum coverage
