Position Details Position Type/Duration of Assignment: 12 month CTH Must have an active Series 7 License A minimum of one year of brokerage client support experience Phone-based client interaction experience, as Case Advisors will communicate directly with clients regarding complaints Responsibilities Case Advisors manage inventory using a Microsoft Excel tracker. Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems at a time. Provide specific scenario examples using STAR format during interview answers. Training & Schedule Training will last 5 weeks and will be conducted fully in-office. Following training, contractors will transition to a hybrid schedule consisting of one week in-office and one week working from home. Contractors must work from their registered home address only. Requirements Series 7 license must be active and not within six months of expiration at the start date. U5 disclosures are not preferred but can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
