Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to manage complex construction projects from conception to completion in the Manufacturing industry. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to manage projects in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the construction project: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and adjust as needed. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and, when necessary, report to management. Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Review the project schedule with senior management and affected staff, revise as needed. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff. Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and legal regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field (required). Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Project Manager in the Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in ASME, B31.1, AWS, and OSHA codes. Solid understanding of QA, bids, contracts, drawings, documentation, and LOTO procedures. Excellent leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in project management software tools. PMP certification is a plus.
