Director, Software Product & Tech Diligence (Houston)

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Software Product and Tech Diligence to lead and deliver software product and technology assessments for private equity clients and portfolio companies in the U.S. engagements.

You will oversee data gathering, interact with target management and bankers, and guide cross‑functional teams through pre‑acquisition, pre‑transaction and post‑acquisition diligence in a fast‑paced environment.
