Job details:

Position: RN – ICU $$ SN$$
Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Shift: Days – 3x12s (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Duties

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of patients in an inpatient ICU setting.
• Provide safe and effective nursing care primarily to adult patients.
• Apply professional nursing theory and practice standards to patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Float to Stepdown and MST units as needed based on hospital requirements.
• Work up to every other weekend as required.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN license or Multi-State RN License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of Intensive Care Nursing experience preferred
• English proficiency required
