Location: Melrose Park, IL

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule Options: Monday - Friday plus overtime

• 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• 12 PM - 8:30 PM

Must be available to work 12-hour shifts during the first 3 weeks of employment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Build boxes, shrink wrap products, and apply labels
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Push and pull skids using a manual pallet jack
• Operate balers and compactors for recyclable and waste materials
• Load materials into baling and compacting equipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, kitting, assembly, and packaging tasks
• Perform general housekeeping, trash removal, and warehouse maintenance
• Sort, stage, replenish, and prepare products for shipment
• Support loading and unloading of trailers and warehouse operations

• Lift 50-75 lbs. occasionally
• Stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift
• Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy warehouse environments
• Comfortable working around forklifts, trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain active throughout the workday
