Malpractice Litigation Attorney (All Levels) – North Jersey Metro Top Malpractice Defense Firm Position Overview We are seeking experienced defense litigation attorneys barred in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-caliber team on complex medical malpractice and professional liability cases. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Barred in New Jersey (NY/PA is a plus) 2+ years of experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or general liability litigation Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and courtroom experience Experience litigating in New Jersey state and/or federal courts highly preferred Location New Jersey (Northern & Central regions). Hybrid and remote work flexibility available based on experience and location.
