General Labor Responsibilities

• Stack cases onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Apply labels and stickers to trays according to company standards.
• Perform visual inspections of products to identify and remove defective items.
• Sort, organize, and package products for shipment.
• Ensure products are labeled accurately and meet quality standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Assemble, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions.
• Keep production lines supplied with materials and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine housekeeping.
• Remove scrap materials and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment or hand tools as trained.
• Assist with inventory counts and material organization when needed.
• Support other departments with general labor tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), if applicable.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Flexibility to perform different job duties based on production needs.
• Steel-toe boots and other required personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
