Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement from origin to destination
• Track and monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving delays, disruptions, or service issues
• Collaborate with customers, transportation partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless pickups, customs processing, and final delivery
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable transportation and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests while maintaining a high level of service
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes, regulations, and customs procedures
• Experience coordinating time-sensitive or specialized shipments is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
