Trifecta Wealth Management is a boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families with complex financial lives. We're hiring a Client Service Associate who will often be a client's first and most frequent point of contact with our firm. How they make people feel is just as important as how accurately they process a transfer.

We're looking for someone who builds genuine relationships, makes every client feel like the most important person in the room, and brings warmth to every interaction, while also being sharp, organized, and detail-driven behind the scenes. You'll run account operations, CRM, correspondence, and the day-to-day workflow of a growing practice, but the real measure of success is simple: clients should look forward to hearing from you.

What You’ll Own

Client Experience

• Deliver a consistently warm, polished, and personalized experience in every client interaction.
\n
• Anticipate client needs ahead of every meeting, with materials, technology, and hospitality details fully prepared so nothing is left to chance.
\n
• Build lasting rapport with clients by remembering what matters to them, including life events, milestones, and personal details, and following through with timely, thoughtful outreach.
\n

Operations & Account Administration

\n
• Process new accounts, transfers, deposits, distributions, and service requests with a high degree of accuracy.
\n
• Prepare and submit account paperwork, tracking every item to completion.
\n
• Generate and distribute account statements, performance reports, and regulatory correspondence.
\n
• Coordinate with advisor, our custodian, compliance, and back-office teams.
\n

CRM & Data Integrity

\n
• Own the CRM, keeping client records, notes, and workflows current, accurate, and compliant.
\n
• Build and maintain repeatable processes and checklists for recurring work.
\n

Communication & Inbox Management

\n
• Manage the firm’s inbox and client correspondence — route, respond, and follow up promptly and discreetly.
\n
• Serve as a reliable first point of contact for client service requests, escalating complex needs to the advisor.
\n

Office & Events

\n
• Order supplies, manage mail, and keep the office pristine and client-ready.
\n
• Help plan and execute client seminars.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services (wealth management, banking, brokerage, insurance, or similar).
\n
• Bachelor’s degree.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
\n
• Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar).
\n
• Polished, professional verbal and written communication.
\n
• Comfort with technology and AI-assisted tools — we use them daily.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience directly supporting financial advisors or relationship managers.
\n
• Familiarity with LPL Financial systems.
\n
• Knowledge of account types (IRA, brokerage, trust) and financial regulation
\n
