In this role, you will be responsible for keeping residential properties in excellent working order by performing a variety of basic repairs and general upkeep. Every day is different, and we are looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic residential repairs and routine preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and fix minor issues related to electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Complete general property upkeep, including basic construction, flooring repairs, painting, and fence (verjas) repairs. Respond promptly to occasional emergency maintenance requests (e.g., water leaks) outside of regular hours, though these occurrences are rare. Keep tools, supplies, and work areas clean and organized. Requirements & Skills: Experience: Must have basic knowledge and practical experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic construction, flooring, painting, and fencing. Certifications: No formal licenses or certifications are required for this role—we value practical experience and a strong work ethic. Flexibility: Willingness to be on-call for rare weekend emergencies. Physical Ability: Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
