Senior Healthcare Associate, Finance & Strategy AllerVie Health is a national allergy and immunology platform with an active acquisitions pipeline and a high-growth operating environment. We are seeking a Senior Associate, Finance & Strategy to take real ownership of FP&A, operational analysis, and strategic initiatives at a PE-backed healthcare platform. What You’ll Own Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across markets and service lines Build and maintain reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into financial and operational performance Analyze practice-level data to surface inefficiencies, gaps, and growth opportunities Partner directly with senior leadership on strategy, market expansion, and ad hoc analysis Support acquisition evaluation and board‑level financial presentations Grow over time into payer strategy, contracting analysis, and deal‑adjacent work What We’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience Advanced Excel skills, this is non‑negotiable Strong analytical instincts, you can move from raw data to a clear point of view Genuine growth mindset, you want to expand your scope, not just execute a defined job Preferred: healthcare, PE‑backed platform, or M&A exposure Why This Role Direct visibility to senior leadership and real ownership from day one Frisco, TX headquarters with a hybrid schedule Clear path to expand into strategy, acquisitions, and payer work as the business scales #J-18808-Ljbffr AllerVie Health
