We're currently seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager who's ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and help lead a team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service.As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and achieving business goals. You'll be a hands-on leader, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiencesSupport training and development of team members to maintain high standardsManage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanlinessAssist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluationsMonitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goalsEnsure compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulationsStep in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothlyWhat You BringPrevious supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitalityStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to train, motivate, and lead a teamFocus on guest service and satisfactionProblem-solving skills and a results-driven mindsetMust be at least 18 years of ageAvailability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPerks and BenefitsWe're proud to offer benefits that help you thrive both on and off the clock.
