Medical Assistant - Physiatry

Schedule
Shift: 5 x 8-hour day shifts

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Washington MA-C required (pending MA-C accepted)
- First-time travelers accepted
- Physiatry experience preferred
- Experience working with disabled adults highly preferred
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Required certifications: MA-C, BLS

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform basic clinical tasks including taking vital signs, rooming patients, and collecting history/medication/allergy information.
- Label specimens and assist with wound care and suture removal.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records.
- Provide physical assistance to patients as needed.
- Document patient encounters using EPIC charting system.

Compliance / Notes
- 3 interview times must be provided upon submission of candidates; confirm candidate availability for those times.
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required.
- Candidate must have reliable personal transportation.
