- Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
- Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
- Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
- +$2/hour for weekend shifts
- +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
- Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Cities Targeting-Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Nipomo and Orcutt
- We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
- Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
- Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
- Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
- Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
