What You Will Do Design and develop mechanical subsystems for complex product development programs Own the design and delivery of mechanical subsystems, ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and manufacturability objectives Prototype, test, and validate design concepts to ensure performance, reliability and manufacturability Guide technical decisions and trade-offs in collaboration with cross-functional teams Lead or coordinate sub-system development activities, including providing technical guidance to other engineers What You Will Bring Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ~5+ years’ experience in product development, ideally working with electro-mechanical systems Demonstrated experience across the full product development lifecycle Strong mechanical design capability and ability to make sound engineering decisions in the context of system-level trade-offs Experience collaborating cross-functionally and providing technical guidance or mentoring to others What We Offer Along with a great team of people to work with, at Invetech we offer: Comprehensive Healthcare benefits program 401(k) matching Employee Assistance Program (EAP) A collaborative and supportive team environment Ready to Make a Difference?
