ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensuring the accuracy of all financial information Organizing and verifying receipts Transmitting credit card batches Assessment of Guest Ledger for current reporting accuracies or inaccuracies Identifying, researching, and correcting discrepancies Posting accounts Running Daily Management reports from the Property Management System and distributing them Delivering sincere and warm interaction with all guests, including consistent eye contact and a smile Following and delivering 5 Star services' standards, delighting guests by anticipating their needs Maintaining uniform cleanliness and proper attire at all times without exception Maintaining and following high safety standards and personal conduct Following Company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook Complying with the attendance policy, including meal and rest breaks, and reporting any discrepancies to management Embracing Cavallo Point Approachable Luxury Philosophy and Values, creating legendary memories with passion Front Desk Agent Responsibilities Checking guests in or out Booking reservations and checking availability for possible future visits Answering requests such as: Scheduling wake‑up calls Providing hotel directions Assisting guests with external transportation services Preparing guest complimentary items such as coffee, tea, pastries, and any accompanied condiments Handling all emergencies that may ariseESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS
Ability to work alone Previous experience with a Property Management System Basic accounting knowledge Arithmetic skill is necessary Excellent communication skills Ability to work with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Knowledge of Marin County is a plusMINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
