Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA. Use evidence-based behavioral techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect and monitor data to track progress and inform interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s goals. Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children with autism. Qualifications Passionate about helping children with autism. Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. 18+ years of age. High school diploma or GED. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification after completing onboarding.
