Major / Essential Functions Professionally clean teeth including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing. Present instructions on proper personal oral hygiene. Capture digital radiographs. Administer topical fluoride. Disinfect surfaces and dental equipment. Sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA regulations. Takes thorough inventory of instruments through daily counts and logs. Serve as Dental Assistant when needed. Proper record keeping and maintenance both in manual and automated systems. Ensure dental supplies are on hand and ordered in a timely manner. Answer sick call requests and schedule patients in a timely manner. Required Qualifications Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist Education: A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Part‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist Education: A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
