This is a role for a leader who takes pride in ensuring the hotel runs efficiently.What You'll Do:As the General Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities.Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive the hotel's success and achieve long-term goals.Human Resource Management: Oversee many aspects of HR, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a small team of diverse employees.Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to protect guests, staff, and property.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality across all areas of the hotel, ensuring that guests receive the best possible experience.Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that everything is in working order and looking its best.Community Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive business.Brand Loyalty: Foster a strong connection to the My Place brand by consistently delivering top-notch service and amenities.
