Requirements

• Required certification: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• 1+ years of experience
• Unit Notes:Nuc Med Tech days 40 hours per week. BLS is required. *Radiation badge provided by client Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract DOT Certification preferred at original contract, but required at extension (within 90 days) M-F 7:30a-4p Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. We have Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs. But as far as required equipment nothing is required we can train anyone to use them if they do not have experience with them. Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks. Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:1 Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:7:00-3:30pm M-F Call will be 1 day/week and every 5th weekend Required Certifications:BLS Certification, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate
