Responsibilities include: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care that addresses physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs. Coordinate care and promote patient education to support positive health outcomes. Maintain a safe, respectful, and healing environment for patients, families, and coworkers.
