Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating weekend requirements (Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Provide physical therapy services across Rehab, Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU), and Acute Care settings
• Float to acute care as needed to support patient care demands
• Educate patients on condition management strategies to achieve long-term health benefits
• Document patient care and progress using Cerner EMR
• Develop and implement fitness- and wellness-oriented programs to support healthier, more active lifestyles

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in Rehab, Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU), and Acute Care settings required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a travel or multi-setting clinical environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
