This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.What You'll Get To Do:• Supporting a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.• Conduct security education classes and security audits.• Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or serve as a Data Transfer Agent.• Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility.• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on action(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program.• Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systems.• Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements.• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.• Manage and maintain access control, including UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS).• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance.• Assist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application, and compliance with program Security Classification Guides (SCG).As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:Medical, Dental & Vision coverage401kEducational AssistanceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programs & Work/Life SolutionsPaid Time OffHealth & Wellness ResourcesEmployee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree and 0 years of experience. High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experienceMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scopeMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, with SAP access approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needDemonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence CommunityThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Self-starter with minimal supervisionAbility to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areasAbility to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentCDSE FSO or Security+ CertificationSharePoint, JIRA, SIMS, NISS, and/or DISS experienceExcellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communicationsStrong working knowledge Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
