Contract | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Flexible scheduling across multiple settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across school-based, outpatient, and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings based on departmental needs and therapist experience
• Deliver school-based OT services approximately 2 days per week, supporting pediatric students in an educational environment
• Evaluate and treat patients across pediatric and adult populations in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation as applicable
• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient and student outcomes
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, community-based care model

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by the organization
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with children and/or in a school-based setting
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation
• Comfort with flexible scheduling and transitioning across multiple practice settings
• Interest in serving rural communities and improving access to rehabilitation services
