Join us as a Manufacturing Associate in Brainerd and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow. The Must-Haves Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse is a plus. Daily tasks include ensuring completion of production requirements such as loading and unloading molds, operating rotational and vac form machines and related equipment, conducting secondary operations to the molded components, conducting fiberglass tasks, and conducting final assembly operations.
