What You'll Do:

• Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation for basic to complex projects.
• Coordinate development activities and provide technical direction to less experienced team members across small to large-scale projects.
• Develop and review technical and functional specifications, project estimates, test plans, system documentation, and technical assessments.
• Evaluate application, platform, and integration dependencies to identify technology solutions that improve business processes and application performance.
• Partner with technology teams, business stakeholders, senior management, clients, and vendors to deliver solutions and support strategic technology initiatives.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis/application development
• Minimum 7 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in recommending and implementing systems solutions.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in presenting to the target audience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, VB, SSIS, API design, GitLab, ServiceNow, Ansible.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Advanced CI/CD Pipeline design/deployment, Agile, Jira, Linux Red Hat, Windows, SQL Server.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Production support, server patching, and on-call rotation.

• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing the application/system being supported.
• Advanced understanding of applications supported, with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
• Action-oriented.
• Proactive.
• Advanced knowledge and focus on the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
