About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO to play a pivotal role in scaling the impact of the company's engineering leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical expertise into execution, acting as a force multiplier for the CTO, and ensuring the progress of complex product and engineering efforts. This highly trusted, hands-on position requires close collaboration with the CTO, engineering heads, and business development teams to align strategy with clear execution plans, track progress, and maintain organizational clarity. The Chief of Staff will also drive cross-functional initiatives, maintain clear ownership models, and support the development of long-term technical and product roadmaps. Applicants for the Chief of Staff to the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with at least 5 years' of experience in technical program management, engineering, product operations, or similar roles. The role demands a candidate with strong organizational skills, the ability to operate with ambiguity, and experience in coordinating complex work across multiple engineering teams.
