Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday
Candidate Pay Rate: $72 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence in daily activities
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and evaluation
- Treatment planning and intervention delivery
- Patient education and caregiver training
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Rehabilitation experience
