Part-time Remote Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Virtual Part-time Remote Receptionist,to join our client's financial services firm that is located in Millis, MA. to assist with phone calls and calendar/appointment management.

Prefer candidateswith wealth management /finance/ banking space experience,that lives in the Eastern Standard Time Zone(EST)

This individual will be the front line of communication for clients and partners.

There is potential for this role extending the scope of the role to include some assistance with our daily tasks (forms, money movement, etc).

Schedule: 10am - 3pm (M-F)

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr

Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage client communication via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar events with precision using calendar management tools
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
• Support office management activities including supply tracking, document preparation, and basic administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
• Assist with personal assistant duties such as reminders, travel arrangements, or special project coordination when needed

Skills & Requirements

• Professionalism is paramount!
• Strong office management skills combined with experience in front desk operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism
• Demonstrated clerical experience including typing, proofreading, filing, and document organization
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Outstanding client communication skills coupled with friendly customer service orientation
• Time management expertise to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Personal assistant experience or administrative background preferred but not required
• Wealth Managment, Finance, Banking experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance preferred
• Must live in EST zone
• Must pass CORI and drug screening
