These projects result in the execution of disease-specific and organizational research goals. The Clinical Program Associate role will provide administrative and overall support to a Clinical Program Scientist, and/or Associate Director, and/or Director in the support of a SCRI Research Program(s).Duties and Responsibilities:General tasks in the support of a SCRI Research Program(s). Tasks can include but may not be limited to:Tracks enrollment and updates relevant documentsTracks study cohortsTracks protocol amendmentsCreates and updates one page study summaries; circulates to appropriate sites with oversightIn partnership with Disease Program Team, drafts and maintains list of disease KOLs by region/expertise/etc.Drafts study summary emails for sites; drafts program-specific material for distributionDistributes Therapeutic Development supported materials to networkSupervise and forward questions to appropriate stakeholders from shared department mailboxAd-hoc projects and related work as requiredTracks and maintains actions for Therapeutic Development team initiatives Coordinate interventional actions across multiple teams for at risk studiesSupports partner enrollment targets that may be inclusive of diversity targetsProvides materials in support of a SCRI Research Program(s) with manager oversight, as appropriate. Includes but may not be limited to: Drafts Open to Enrollment (OTE) emailsOne page summariesDisease committee contentDrafts and sends FDA approval emailsAssists with slide deck creationMandatory: The following are mandatory expectations of all SCRI employees.Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”During your employment with SCRI, you will be routinely assigned training requirements. You are expected to complete any training assignments by the due date.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in oncology or clinical researchBroad oncology OR clinical research (phase I – IV) knowledgeWillingness to develop in-depth expertise required to support a SCRI Research ProgramAbility to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural teamsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood prioritization skillsStrong ability to function in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs of programThis is a remote position based in the United States.
