You'll be the face of RWC Group at customer locations, diagnosing and fixing problems on-site where it matters. One call you're diagnosing a transmission issue at a customer facility, the next you're troubleshooting electrical problems roadside. Responsibilities Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial vehicles and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and field service repairs Diagnose medium and heavy-duty diesel truck issues independently Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM service information systems Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately. Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety procedures. Maintain a professional relationship with customers. Participate in ongoing technical training. Drive Mobile Truck to customer locations to perform service work. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of fleet, diesel, heavy-duty truck, or dealership technician experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (this is a safety sensitive position) ASE certifications and CDL preferred. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Must possess own tools. Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform repairs in physically demanding positions.
