Job Description: Please note that this position is subject to Covid vaccination requirements. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful management and execution of enterprise wide, cross-functional strategic projects that are of moderate to high risk and complexity.

Non-Negotiables:

One and a half years of PM experience

The ability to run the bulk of the day-to-day PM tasks

The ability to be a point of contact

Very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. This person will NOT be recruiting and managing staff.

Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.

Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Required Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Preferred Skills:

Financial industry experience preferred; particularly experience in Investment Management Industry Experience with Project Server and SharePoint preferred 4+ years in the Financial Investments Industry preferred 4+ years of Project Management experience preferred
