Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, testing, analysis, and improvement of mechanical systems, components, and products. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates as well as mechanical engineers with 2–5 years of experience who want to develop their technical and engineering skills in a U.S. work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or CATIA. Perform basic engineering calculations, simulations, tolerance analysis, and design evaluations. Support prototype development, testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Analyze mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation. Work with manufacturing teams to improve product manufacturability, quality, and cost. Participate in design reviews and engineering meetings. Support DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T, and design verification activities. Coordinate with electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, and other engineering teams. Assist with supplier and component evaluations. Maintain engineering documentation according to company standards. Follow applicable safety, quality, and engineering standards. Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field . 0–5 years of relevant engineering experience. Understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, manufacturing, and machine design. Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or CATIA. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Basic knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary engineering team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with FEA/CAE tools such as ANSYS or similar software. Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and design validation . Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, welding, or additive manufacturing. Experience with PLM/PDM systems. Knowledge of engineering standards such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, or ANSI . Internship, academic project, co-op, or hands-on engineering experience is a plus.
